Deli Catering Solutions

Our immaculately presented deli platters come in large and small sizes and are available with only 24hr notice (sushi & cakes require minimum 48hrs).

The friendly deli staff are happy to take your orders for any of our listed platters. We encourage you to talk to the deli manager should you require a specialised menu as we can tailor our service for your special occasion or larger events (this service requires 2 weeks notice).

Quick Catering Solutions

Choose from the following 7 platters available in large (12-15 people) & small (6-8 people) sizes.

	1. Continental Antipasto Platter: A beautifully presented selection of cold meats including mortadella, roast beef, leg ham, chicken supreme and salami; vintage cheddar, Swiss and marinated feta cheeses; olives and semi dried tomatoes; chunky pesto dip and crispbreads.
	2. Connoisseurs Cheese Platter: Impress with a magnificent arrangement of Brie, Blue, Vintage Cheddar and Walnut Layer cheeses alongside quince paste and crispbreads, surrounded by fresh strawberries and plump dates, roasted almonds & Brazil nuts.
	3. Gourmet Sandwich Platter: You’ll never look at a sandwich the same way again! Toppings include: smoked salmon, cream cheese & tomato; Olive tapenade & Swiss cheese; Chicken, avocado & mayonnaise and creamy egg & lettuce. Includes favourites everyone loves: leg ham, seeded mustard & lettuce; salami, Swiss cheese & tomato and Roast beef, chutney & cucumber.
	4. Sushi Sampler: Our fresh sushi is presented with wasabi and soy sauce for dipping. Varieties available include: Smoked salmon & cucumber or avocado; chicken & egg; crab meat & egg; tuna & mayonnaise or a vegetarian option. (48 hrs notice required)
	5. Dip & Crudités Picking Plate: Choose from our selection of creamy or chunky pesto dips accompanied by healthy vegetable dipping sticks of carrot, celery, capsicum, cucumber, baby corn & snow peas. Add crispbreads or fresh Turkish bread to maintain this vegetarian option.
	6. Roast Chicken Tempter: A tray of succulent roast chicken pieces (hot or cold) served on a bed of fresh lettuce garnished with cherry tomatoes.
	7. Fancy Fruit Platter: Delicately cut fruit pieces artistically presented to be the centrepiece of your desert table. Fruits are subject to seasonal availability and include: watermelon, honey dew & rockmelon; pineapple; kiwi fruit; strawberries; fresh dates; grapes; star fruit and passionfruit pulp.

Other catering options available include:

• Bulk salads – choose from any of our fresh salads made on the premises. We can even decorate & fill your favourite bowl if you bring it in advance.

• Fresh Cakes – Whether it is a large special occasion cake or a platter of individual treats, we can help with your desert selections.

• Bulk quantities of any of the gourmet delights from our deli department.
